Id ask the guys in the autox to help dial in your setup. Tire pressure can help and you can stack spring pads to get the rear up (but Ive never thought of doing that)

Yeah they were the ones who recommended more pressure in the rear. I'll check that out this weekend when I run and see if that makes any difference.

That could help, but its kind of masking the problem unless your pressures were way off. What tires are you on btw?

And yes, just stack a spring pad in the rear and try it out. There is a lot more stuff you can try, I would recommend adjustable sway bars with adjustable links in the near future

                    Small Update:
Car is going into winter storage in a few days. It's good timing because there's a few rough things I need to get ironed out before I can be comfortable driving it hard.

There'd a car wide vibration between 45-50 that I can't tell is serious or not, the front strut mount still needs replacing (it's been binding because the dust cap on it is gone), car needs an alignment, the rear subframe needs attention, and i'm pretty sure the diff is starting to go.

Car still drives alright, but I will certainly give it a lot of well-deserved love over the winter before it hits the streets again in spring.

Update (more for myself than anything):

Someone hit my driver's side rear corner when my car was parked, breaking my tail light and making a small dent. They didn't leave a note or anything (fuckers).
So it looks like I'm going to take it into the body shop in the spring to get that and the hood dent sorted out (man people really piss me off sometimes)

I've also decided to stay M20 for the long term. My b25 is still pretty fresh and I realized the point of the car is about the spirit it has rather than how fast it is. For me I feel the swap would change that spirit that I've come to love from the m20.

So to that end, I'll get some new exhaust parts over the summer and that should cap off anything motor related.

In addition, I'll also get new bushings everywhere and a fresh 3.73 diff (the 4.10 lsd I have is starting to go).

Over the spring, I'll take care of those other maintenance items listed above plus a new shift knob (the golf grip was cool for a bit, but I want something else), shift boot, and a new steering wheel (thinking renown) to replace the fat airbag wheel.

The M20 is a great motor. A bump in compression and a good cam does wonders.

Sucks that idiots are the reason your car isnt as mint as it was when you bought it.

Boo at other people! How did it get hit? I thought it was parked in storage?

And yes...cam, chip, and exhaust make a noticeable difference. Worth the few hundred.

Before I moved it into storage it was parked under a car cover for a few days because it snowed so much I couldn't move it the 40 feet to the garage. Now it's nice and safe in the garage. It'll be minty again after a round in the body shop.

This summer I'll be picking up another car to take to school with me (thinking a bugeye scooby) and I'll leave the E30 in socal. I plan on moving back to the west coast for grad school after I graduate in 2016 so I'll drive it full time then.
