My thoughts exactly. I actually bought a jaguars that run adapter before realizing that, I'm going to keep it and use it on my e28.

Made some progress on the car...
Finished up the diff rebuild and flange adapter plate.

I will clearance the subframe some and weld another plate across the bottom.

Here's the 5" exhaust vs my old 3" hahaha

Worked some on my crossover setup too

Front brakes showed up today, still need rotors.

I saw this picture online comparing gen 4 bottom end to gen 3 and I quickly decided to swap in the aluminum 5.3 I have.

Here's how it looks so far with the catch can in the corner too.

Next up I'm building the trans and setting up a trans pump to keep the gears cool. Still need to order a driveshaft, front hubs/rotors, and small things.

That L33 probably took 100lbs.+ of the front of your car too. Looks sick man, keep it up!

How much did you take off the diff end plate to fit 4 clutches?

It was just about 4mm, I don't have the number written down anywhere sorry.

5" exhaust? will it be a stack going out the hood or you going to put a lift kit on it to fit under the car? thats huge we put a 5" on my buddy's Cummins last week its crazy.

I run the 1310 in the back with the jag adapter, and the 1350 up front. Guess I'm half girly.

Nice work OP, can't wait to see this thing in action.

Thanks guys, I'm going to step the exhaust down to 4" so I can fit it.
Just got all my 5 lug and brake parts on. Still need to finalize the caliper bracket and get proper quality rotors. Also ordered a set of work equips redrilled to 5x120 and the centerbore enlarged to 72.5mm. Next step is building the trans with a Viper main shaft too, if I can manage to find one not looking to good so far.

hope this doesn't come across as offensive, but how old are you OP? your picture makes you look real young, like 19-20.

if so congrats, you've accomplished way more than most of us have by your age (clean/sweet [still undecided about the square headlights though] car wise)

                              I'm 23, a lot of people say I look like I'm 18 haha.
Thanks, I didn't have any direction when I first started messing with cars at 18 but I've got it all figured out now.

The rear is about to go in so I can make brackets for the e36 cover to mount to.

Going to do a removable core support in the next few days just to make my life easier.
