See my leg pushes the center consul, and the consul pushes the shifter over.

Also I had some weird hesitation issues, loud fuel pump, and the car reved really hesitantly. In neutral, I'd hit the pedal and it would lag and then rev.
Now the fuel pump is quiet again and the car is behaving normally.
Any ideas? Maybe some kind of G force induced something?

Were you low on fuel at the time?

Just stuck this little guy in my car. Very happy with it. No strange power black out spots in the rev range anymore. The car pulls through every gear much more smoothly now, and I can rev a tad bit higher. Very happy with it

Which cage? Make sure you get it welded in, I know the autopower bars are no longer allowed by scca and nasa. Sucks bc I have one in my e30.

I am having one built by a guy I know in Navato. He has built a tone of cages and does really beautiful and legal work.

I got my MOMO seat today. I was not aware that fitting a racing seat in an e30 was this damn complicated! I did not know anything over 24" was basically not going to fit with out chopping shit up. I wont fit in anything 24" or smaller lol
                        Oh well.
So now I am trying to figure out how to make this shit fit. Also the seat showed up scratched and the cloth has some small holes at the tips of the bolsters from rubbing on the box during shipping or something. Pissed me off.
Iv got the seat right where I want it but its hitting the center consul, and wont let the door close.

My only option as I see it right now is to notch a section out of the door and relocate the door latchy thing a bit. WAFFLES!!!! :(

After talking to a few people, most of all Levent at Guten Parts, I finely decided how I would make my seat fit. I decides to cut some pieces off of the left shoulder bolster. It ended up being the best plan because its easier to cut fiber glass then metal, cutting into the door right where the little door knob sticks up would have sucked, and after the seat cover goes back on it is almost impossible to see the seat was notched around the door. I sat in the seat after cutting on it and it feels no different.
I think it was the very best thing to do, with the least amount of downsides.
I just cut a bit, fitted the seat, cut a bit more, and so on until it fit correctly. I glued the foam back on, and wrapped the cover back around it. Easy.
                          Progression.

The seat cover is a bit loos in the corner but its not bad.

I still need to get some hardware to get the brackets mounted to the floor. Thats about it.

Looking sweet man. Definitely weld it in, way safer.

Gonna steal your autox vid to help me move these sway bars, hope you don't mind ;)

I dropped my car off for cage work to start today. Half cage with x member, tied into the rear strut towers with a battery box integrated into the strut bar section. Should be nice.
Ill be picking it up next Saturday, but I am hoping to get a few build pictures in the mean time.
