more goodies came in the mail.
I decided to buy a billet 272 cam from IE

Bought a complete bushing kit in 95a race hardness and 12mm offset with diff spacers from Revshift.

I bought the intercooler piping and front mount from the Revshift car

You saw right, that is a twin BOV setup using Mode bypass valves

I also made some progess on my wheels.. 1 more coat of paint and clear and they will be done!

things are starting to take shape!Comment

I was thinking of getting that cam too! What's the purpose/benefit of diff spacers?Comment
-
yep what he said, you want to keep the diff/driveline in the same place while moving the subframe.
Oh I also picked up a Gates Racing timing belt for when I swap on my built head =D
OHH I also got the digital volt gauge from Jaywood (with special tinted face) I'll install that soon and post pictures for you guys. So far the quality looks nice and the price is right!Comment

Condor solid motor mounts installed. LOVE THEM.
They aren't over the top but there is some rumble when taking off from a stop.
I also received MS2 from Whodwho (thanks again for all your help!) and might install that tomorrow since I want to get it running correctly N/A before I swap everything over.Comment

They actuate very quickly and have no diaphragm or any breakable parts like that. having one on each side of the intercooler makes it vent more quickly/efficiently.
here is one in action: http://s18.photobucket.com/user/Mr_D...O0038.mp4.html
here is more info and the guy who makes them (they are basically billet versions of what is on the Porsche 911 TT's)

Either way a single blow of valve realeses the air pressure thats in the pipes. closer to throttle plate would be best.
Clean car! excited to see those wheels on that car.Comment
