Which reminds me, I need to get the exhaust header over to you and Jeff.
I forgot to mention that the haul of parts also netted me an extra 2 rear windshields in great condition, an extra gas tank in great condition, and a spare tire well in great condition. And many many other things. But I felt that those were worth noting.Last edited by phreshkid; 09-14-2014, 06:47 PM.world renown Harry Potter expert

Glad to see you got it all, looks like it was a LOT more parts than I thought it was going to be. My cousin in NorCal is building a 2002 and needs a grille, is there a decent one in the collection of parts?Simon

Just read this whole thing from beginning to finish. I just had a '68 1602 fall in my lap and am gearing up to finish my MT2 car and start on that next. Has a perfect dash, Alpina fender flares and some other neato stuff.
Awesome build, sir. I love the patina theme this whole car has. Not too nice to drive, but just a super fun, good looking driver.'72 2002 | '88 M5 | '89 330is | '89 M3 | '95 911 | '02 M5 | '04 RR HSE
