My euro 320i/B6 3.5 Alpina Tribute ( Now with turbo power)

Hit it with carb cleaner and it was running. It was so loud haha. Only problem is I can't get my injectors to break free. I'm gonna have to recheck to make sure I'm getting fuel to the rail. When my buddy put his foot on the gas when it was on carb cleaner it reved up so it's like the injectors opened up and sprayed fuel but they don't stay open to keep it idling. I did replace the throttle cable could it be it's not holding the throttle body open to some so it has fuel?

If you're spraying carb cleaner or ether through the TB, just because the engine revs doesn't mean the injectors have done anything because the car is running on the carb cleaner.
My best guess based on the information so far is that your injectors aren't pulsing. I would check that first. Also, the throttle cable is mechanically tied to the throttle body, so if you can see the cable moving when you press the accelerator, then it should be opening.
Yes I've got it almost narrowed down to the injectors. They will be back Monday from the cleaners. I'm also gonna tighten the throttle cable up cause it was replaced and may not be letting in enough fuel.

Clean injectors or not, it's highly unlikely that all six would stop working suddenly. If even few were pulsing you would have the engine sputtering and occasionally firing, though it may not keep running. Check your wiring, I would say they aren't pulsing. Cleaning them isn't a bad idea, but I doubt it's actually causing the no-start.
Well they had been sitting for 6+ months so they were most likely clogged I tried to unclog them but I gave up and just got them cleaned. My wiring to my knowledge is on point. I just have a plug to square away but I believe that is the tach

my car sat for almost 15years and started no probs. Only 3 injectors had poor spray pattern. When you get the injectors back set them up on the rail and crank the car to make sure they are indeed getting the pulses and delivering fuel. Otherwise if you are unlucky you will have to pull the rail to check.
Also not sure on your ecu, some cars use rpm signal as well as crank pos as part of the calculation for fuel delivery. If it is only for the cluster then dont worry and this may not be relevant for your ecu but someone else will be along I am sure to help

So little update. my dads pretty much done with body work just feathering in the new quarter panel. Over the weekend I made a little adventure to pick up a blown apart euro spec m30b34 and a dogleg. The dogleg is up for resale so I cant paint this beast but the motor on the other hand is my cheap solution for more power until i get all my turbo goodies. I'm gonna have the pistons cleaned and looked at hopefully I can reuse them or my dirty m30 with be dead in the water and I'll just go turbo. If the pistons check out I'll buy new rings get the head rebuilt since its rusty from the seized motor. So hopefully i can go from a m30 swap to a dirty m30 swap. for those of you who dont know the pistons will raise the compression from 8:1 to 10:1 and 218hp from the 180 some stock in the b34.

Thanks almost to good to be true but it is. Now time to sell it and paint the e30 I really do wish I could keep it though. It behind a high compression m30 would be a ton of fun.
