I have read bad things about exhaust wrap. What's the skinny? I'd like the clean, finished look in my bay and if it improves performance I'm game.

Why did you choose to wrap?

My euro 320i/B6 3.5 Turbo Alpina Tribute Now in assembly

Got down pipes pointed in same direction wrapped. Had to cut the front one up and redo the bends and now they both go straight ahead. Also got the wrapped. Not using oem heat shields so I'm using another method. Gonna use the peel and stick heat shields from summit and then wrap it. This should hold the heat in plenty. The peel and stick shield is rated for 2000 degrees.

Putting the locks in was a fuckin nightmare. The tumblers were bigger then my door so modification was required.

Amen to that. Installing door locks is one of the most frustrating, fiddliest jobs I've done on these cars.

Car has really Come along way In the 2.5 years I've had it. Once the exhaust is on and the paint is all fixed I'll start working the kinks out and doing the small things that will make it run better/smoother.

Finally after throwing a big fit and actually putting a hole in my basement wall (oops) I finally got I finally got my hofmiester kink trim on.

I then Put Vapor barriers on my doors and installed the door cards.
Also realized these cards are trash so new ones will be bought when my interior is redone this winter.

Door pulls are black because the green ones were broke and I couldn't find any others. the black will be fine though cause this winter my interior will be black.

Raised the car up a bit to make loading on the trailer less deadly to the gas tank. Tomorrow she goes off to my shop where I will be building the exhaust for it. hopefully by next week she is licensed and road worthy. Still have to get my sun roof fixed by painter but that shouldnt take long at all. So hopefully By April 1st at the latest I'll be hooning this bitch.
