Finished porting and gasket matching, lapped the valves, popped on the valve seals, added some h/d springs with crower chromoly retainers and some rocker locks and all new hardware, adjusted lash to .08 and the head is all ready to go.

So jealous, this looks really good!!! So you picked up the m10 at the junkyard ? Was thinking of doing the same but then I got this head for free, I need a bottom end now but if this head is warped I'm going to need a bottom and top end now..
Can't wait to see more progress man..

Been a long while since this was updated. Been busy the past week working on the car again. Recently moved, finally have a spot to park the old e30 in a garage so I could put her under for a few weeks. tax time came and got on ordering parts and things have been moving along nicely and am very happy where things are going.

Got the 21x9x2.75 Intercooler fit, and it fits beautifully.

Had to do a little cutting, trimming and hammering under the hood to get a few things smoothed out and cleaned up.

                      Started fitting the Intercooler piping

                      Blow off valve mounted

A little bit of paint and polishing and shes starting to look mighty pretty!

Test fit the holset under the hood and it fits perfectly, no clearance issues what so ever, it it extremly tight but everything clears besides the thermostat/radiator hoses against the manifold.

New aluminum radiator in and installed

Cometic mls headgasket came in and can finally marry the head to the block and torque it down for good.

Next is to get the old engine ready to be pulled. And get the new one in place. Hoping to have it up and running soon! More updates to come briefly

Retro fitted some led headlights, lot of cutting to the buckets but they are in they are on and they look and work fantastic. started messing with getting the velocity stack in place as well. She's starting to look mean! Getting closer and closer

                              Huge difference in lighting

Got the old worn out m10 pulled and set off to the side, power washed

She was a dirty old girl. But cleaned up pretty nicely

installed new throw out bearing, revshift 95a poly motor mounts, 95a poly trans mounts and power steering delete block.

Dropped the trans to install some new delrin bushings, but I got the wrong set so I am needing to order the right stuff and since it is all out and pulled apart, I am thinking of going the solid mount route like this one below and doing the z3 shifter and fabbing up a dssr out of some scrap I have laying around. Might as well get it all out of the way while it's all out, right?

If anyone is in need of s delrin shifter bushing kit let me know!!
