Hnngg this build makes me so jelly. Wish I would've turboed my m10 instead of doing 24v swap, some day..
'84 318i ftw! Mine is technically an 83 but whatever!
Keep it up its looking fukken sweet, apart from the headlight intake, not a fan of that but to each their own.

You gonna run megasquirt for management?

      Thanks man.
I've always been a fan of the v-stack scoops, just makes the car look mean imo, it will be functional as well too. Haven't decided if I want to cut a circle out a sheet of steel to cap off the other side or if I want to put in another velocity stack to keep it all looking perportioned though.
For fuel management I am going to be running the factory l-jetronic system all tuned out for a while until I can afford a megasquirt system. I'm not going for a lot of boost and big horsepower #'s so the l-jet system should suffice for a while.

Started working on the solid mounting of the shifter. Orderd the ssk from understeer.com, just waiting on that and need to find some kind of seal for it to finish up the job

Z3 1.9 e30 ssk from understeer.com came in today. Got the shifter all put back toghether. Just need to grease up the ball, and get some hardware for the mount and can get the trans back up mounted and finally start dropping in the rebuilt long block

Feels so much better already, no more slop in the shifter.

Shifter on and mounted sloid. Feels great! 100x better then the factory setup. Very little play and very solid feel. Got the trans back up and mounted and if the weather is up to it tomorrow I may start dropping in the new block. Spring time snow storm rolling through co right now
              Video of the setup below
