Yes you can now run an external wastegate on the manifold!

Remember to have whoever your magician is to weld the wastegate provisional at an angle as much as possible going against exhaust gasses.

Im excited to do start the downpipe, I will bug you more when that happens

            Ok, small update.

We got a few of the minor stuff done. Head is torqued down! Next, is the 30mm crankshaft nut. Needed to use a breaker bar to crack it off and swap the pulleys. That, naturally, brought us to a problem. The trigger mount from 02again and the trigger wheel are too close. I have a few ideas but ran out of time. Curious what ideas you guys might have, because one idea is good, but 5 ideas would be better.

If the trigger is fully mounted it actually touches the wheel... BOOOO

Need to clean this up. 228mm setup makes me happy though

Why not go with the '02again pulley and wheel? I have their setup on my microsquirted M10 and it works great. I had to put a 10kohm resistor inline with the sensor though otherwise it wouldn't read anything past 5k rpm.

Our rough winter has slowed progress but we finally got the bulk of the remaining parts delivered. Full cooling system overhaul as well as all the little 5speed conversion parts. Big thanks to Andrew over at Ireland engineering for helping to get us the right combination of parts

I'm going to try and install a few of the parts while I'm in town so the motor can get dropped in soon

Thanks Andrew! Need to call you about a few things next week.

So, we decided to bust out the 5speed transmission and some head scratching ensued...

I need your help here r3vxperts

Maybe it's just me, but something tells me there is something broken?

I thought I needed a 6 hole gumbo, but it looks like this just needed the basic 8 hole.

Hopefully this code will help shed light on things
