Much of the stuff we build just has to look OEMish so the MOT inspector wont notice your custom parts.
Pedal box is legal with the certificate from the producer.

I ran over couple ideas, had bought several boosters for the mockup but decided to run this setup. It gave me lot of room. ;)

Now when I have centering hub for the flywheel, it's time to
          put it on a diet.

just ordered one of these ;) I want to hear the straight pipe, but not all the time ;) plan is to take 2x2,5" pipe from front to the back, 2-to-1 joint after collectors and then cut out shares it back to 2x2,5" which will lead to the back of the car, one silenced, one straight.

                Prepping flywheel to be machined.

Taking final measurements from the crankshafts

So the m20 crank bolt bottoms in m57 crank. Problem is that m57 has longer threads in the crankshaft.

Bought m57 flywheel bolts for automatic transmission. Same size, only longer threads.

                        And it fits!

Sold my volvo and bought toyota hj60 from Lapland! :)

                              back in home

HJ needs some repair before it can be thrustworthy daily :)

Starter motor gave up so I had to took it apart and fix it.
                              new bearings and bendix unit

Took the front output shaft out because it started making a noise also

Little wear so I'm going to use it only in L4.
Greased it well and installed back in the car.
