Also, I washed it and simple-green'd the engine bay last night. Then it rained. -_-

Not going to lie, Ive thought about pickin up one of these to daily lately. It would make a suitable candidate for my AluM52 if/when my E30 becomes SpecE30 level racecar and needs to get a M20 back in there

Good info about the clubsport, never knew that. What are the signs that the one FS is one? Im guessing most of the sellers wouldnt know. Besides the LSD, what else do they have?

1995 only. The REAL visual give away is the M3 mirrors. They were the only 318ti to get those. The rest of the M3 stuff could come on later ones.

All CS cars got the red bullet point seats.

The build dates will all be in 09-10 of 1995.

Only came in red or black.

Real kicker is the vin though. There are three option codes that nail it down.

                  337 M Sport Package
                  481 Sport Seats F Driver/front Passenger
                  704 M Sport Suspension

It's a cool little car. Methinks I'll just drive it and enjoy the MPGs for a bit before dicking with the drivetrain.

                              SO.

NOT ALL CLUB SPORTS GOT LSD. I'm 100% sure.

I tagged and drove the sucker around. It's so much fun. Took it to C&C and it got more attention than the Gristle Hammer. Had some noises under the car, so I tossed it up on the lift when I got home. Thing is pretty much rust free. Only issues I noted was it needs brakes all around, maybe a tie rod end on the passenger side, but it's not bad...also control arm bushings. Someone fuxxored the oil drain plug and it's leaking....OH and the left front sway bar mount is torn.

That's what the BANG BANG BANG was under the car when I hit large bumps. Apparently it's a 26mm sway bar, stock. So not surprised. Already ordered the replacement mount.

Otherwise, it's a solid little car. Ordered up some struts for the hatch and hood, and I'm getting some coilovers from a friend so lower it. After that the list moves on to a Motion Motorsports underpanel (had one on the M3 and loved it). In between all that I'll be sprucing up the bodayyy, nose, hood, grilles, and fixing the rear bumper.

                              Now some pics:

Sway Bar linkage is a common repair, What is that in the photo prior? I saw you joined 318ti.org

That's a nice looking hertz in the background.
