My pleasure! The car is certainly a lot of fun and I look forward to enjoying it more and more... I think the E30 got jealous of the attention the Fairlady was getting and she committed seppuku

Also, compare a roadster to an MGB sometime. They look kinda similar. Just a bit.
That would be cool if its true...

The MGB & Roadster connection is one that will "haunt" the Roadster forever, but the Roadster S211 and the SR212 came out in 1959 and 1960 when the MGB came out in 1962 soooo.... haha

    Interesting!... I didnt know that.

In other news, since the Roadster is running and the E30 decided to throw a fit I have been daily driving the Roadster for the last few days. A little chilly in the AM on the freeway but otherwise its been fun

The Datsun Sports 1600 (also known as “Fairlady”) has enjoyed some success in the USA and, given its characteristics, would have been successful in Europe too if it had been officially …

(This is sort of like an early version of Bring a Trailer)

It's OK. I think the same thing about everyone's e30 vs mine. Yours is coming together nicely. I like how your car has extra room in the compacts spaces.

Well, to be fair my school is right around the corner from the Stadium that the Rams are currently playing at and the game had just gotten out.

Their new stadium is being built a little over a mile away from house now, but we are tucked away from where most of that chaos will be.

fun side note: one particularly spicy Latina had no shame staring at me in the Roadster while I was sitting there. :pimp:

Seems like LAs traffic got worse and I didn't even know that was possible. Imagine a Dodgers game, Rams game, Lakers game, and a Galaxy game all in the same weekend. Isn't that what happened this last weekend?

You know you don't watch sports when you says the Rams game and I start wondering if you live in St. Louis...

Good deal! I lived on Ogden 2 blocks from the Peterson in the early 80s, never went there.
