^It's all about the math. The manual pedal box should be part of the solution, especially if it gives you a ~6:1 pedal ratio, then you can get your masters in line. Don't just go out and buy calipers at this point....Though I do think if you size it for what the E36 M3 front and rear caliper piston area is, you might have a great starting point. Seriously though, call Tilton or AP racing. If you plan on using ABS, then AP Racing has the only MCs that will work with the mounting config of your Wilwood setup, at ~$300-$500 each. Otherwise be prepared to rebuild your MCs after hitting ABS, or even blow the seal.

I love the math, its about 56 decently complicated equations, even trying to calculate your car's CG. I got it terribly wrong. Again, Tilton help line to the rescue.

Car has no abs to deal with , never did . Lee has been helpful, wilwood tech support was Pretty horrid to say the least (I won’t even mention summit racing , where I bought pedal box and masters form )

Not sure if Tilton will be willing to help since I don’t have their products , but I’ve been thinking about going with their floor mounted 3 pedal box .

^I only bought 2 of the Tilton MCs and they were willing to help. Since your going to have to change MCs (your 5/8s are much too small anyway) you might as well for the support. Let them do the calculations then place the order. Gary over there said plenty of guys do the same once they find they don't know jack about Pascals law.

5/8s what and is what’s recommended by garagstic when using wilwood box with stock e30 late model brakes / calipers . I really don’t want to swap masters again, it’s a huge pita in terms of serviceability .

The stock calipers are absolute junk, they have considerable flex, that definitely is part of the problem.

They don't even know where to put a M30 in an E30 engine bay, i would take their M/C bore recommendations with a grain of salt.

Will be test fitting everything on the car soon. Got the brake kit assembled for test fitting, will need to torque everything down to spec etc but this was just to see how everything fits .

Any interest in having weight data on these vs. stock 325i brakes?

Being unsprung and rotating, brake weight is very important

I doubt they will, but the templates are online you can print and test against your wheels
