Got pissed off at how noisy my leaking window seal is now that I have a stock catback, thanks mostly to unmarked construction causing my apparently rusted decent exhaust to snap in two.

Over the weekend, I painted my M42 upper intake manifold.

And I pulled off the M42s damaged upper oil pan, custom-tailored by the previous owner when he curbed the lower pan. Note the threaded dent in the oil pickup housing caused when one of the two upper pan bolts which had worked their way loose prior to the curbing got pinched when the pan shattered.

Robbed parts off of it to diagnose my friend's 2.8L M20's running issue. Then reassembled it so I had something to drive.

I just spent 4 hours in my garage removing the painted-on pinstriping from both my doors and the passenger fender with a Dremel. Went through 6 felt polishing heads and half a bottle of Meguiar's Mirror Glaze 2 Fine Cut Cleaner. Holy crap, I never want to do that again.
