Drove it to work after the water pump replacement, back to its old raucous self.

Just got the car last week to use as a beater, lots of issues to sort out.... Didn't get to do a lot today as i got interrupted, but i tackled:
-Installed new manual sunroof crank, sunroof is now operational again
                          -Seafoamed engine
-Replaced coolant sender, gauge is now operational again

                          Still lots to do including:
                          -Timing belt and water pump
-Spark plugs and wires/check condition of cap and rotor see if it needs replacement
                          -Replace fuel filter
                          -Change oil and filter
-Get a radio for it, install 2 amps and a sub box
-Fix passenger rear window, not moving up or down for some reason
-Change brakes (pads and rotors) all around
-Order and install DDM hid kit (6000k 55w of course)
                          -H&R sports/billies
                          -Control arms/ control arm bushings
                          -Straighten rear valance
-Remove house paint that was brushed on to the top of the car (roof, hood and trunk)
-Repaint all the trim on the car, the mirrors, grills and windshield vents, probably shadowline as well
-Pull front seats and vacuum and shampoo carpet
-Figure out why fog lights and rear defroster aren't working (fuses are good, next check is to replace the switches)
                          -Get A/C operational again
-Track down where da F it's leaking oil and power steering from

Note this list is in no particular order :D

She's very rough and needs alot of TLC, but it beats driving a civic everyday lol

Removed and painted the wiper arms and the black plastic vent trim pieces on the cowl with SEM.

                            Polished and buffed the cowl.

Amazing how little details like this make such a huge difference.

installed the new water pump, reinstalled the rest of the cooling system, and fired it up.

Replaced the 80C thermostat with a 71C and removed the fan clutch. The 80C worked great but I wanted to try out the no fan clutch. So far, so good...so what.
