Converting the ac to 134. Put the compressor back on by myself. What a PITA!! I'm sure there is a better way but it is on. To the shop next week to evac the system.

Also put last clear coat on the lip spoiler. This time I am not using the OEM clips. Bolting that bitch on!

Tried removing some oxidation on the hood, looks better. Any suggestion to get it looking really good? Thanks

Well, not today, but last night. Slowly getting around buffing and polishing the car, to bring back that AW2 out. 😁

I finished stripping it. I will go over it tomorrow to make sure I didn't forget anything. And then off to the junk yard it goes. It served me well, I am a little sad to see it go but a lot of its parts will live on in my other two.

Continued with my plastic bumper swap:

Had to file down the shock mount holes, where the screws go in, to raise and help get rid of the bumper gap.

Did a test fit and came out great! Bolted the rears in.

Did a test fit and noticed the left side was off a tad bit. So I filed the screw holes on the shock to raise it up. Another test fit, passed and mounted.

Wet sanded a bit to get rid of the orange peel, both front and rear (not pictured)

Polished it off with the help of my Uncle. He did the front and I did the rear.

Snapped in the bumper rivets and added brand new euro trim for the rear.

I was delivered the wrong front euro bumper trim!!! It was the trim for the e46... Going to have to return and exchange, but I'll be rolling without the trim until then.

Dusted it off yesterday. It got moved briefly outside to clean the garage on Friday. Need to get working on redoing the interior.
