Not to much, I just picked up my E30 and beginning my long (probably 2 year) project of engine swap, interior work and tons of exterior work. So far I am assessing all the little stuff I can fix quick.
For today I fixed the fuel sender and pulled the gauges out to be refurbished and replaced my OBC and the trunk latch so it will sit right.. I have E36 Vaders sitting in the garage waiting on my new carpet and mounting brackets. Once I get the outline of the whole depth of the project set up I will start my own thread.

Fixed the left drivers side window switch. Changed the fuel sender so the gauge works right again.
Also replaced the passenger side door molding that was just laying there it some how shrunk and wouldnt stay in the groves anymore.
Placed the sports seats that had a tear in the drivers side with some new to me E36 Vader seats!

Fixed rust. Patched holes, the only way to do this right is with a welder and steel. Dyed the smaller rear carpet and rear parcel shelf black. And I rebuilt my cluster. Now I have to reflow all the solder joints on the old pcb.How to remove, install or convert to pop out windows
