Loving the pictures, Teaguer. You just storing it for now?
Direction I'm going is keep it track/auto-x oriented but also be able to tag it and drive it.
I've abandoned the typical 24v plans, going as far as selling the S50 I had for it. Current engine plans are under wraps for now. :D
I have secured a few parts to facilitate the intended powerplant but have yet to purchase the actual engine.
Yes just moved out of that shop in the first few pics and would no longer have indoor storage so I decided to rent the storage unit temporarily till the project gets back on course.
Didn't really have room at home since I've already got 2 e30's there and my roommate has one plus an e46.

Got out of the fog and went for drive in the Southern Oregon twisty forest roads. Headed out toward Applegate Lake out past Ruch. Then out Little Applegate Road then on to various "creek" roads like Griffin, Forest, Sterling.....and every E30 owners favorite road..."Poormans". My IX just loved stretching her legs a bit, and blowing some carbon off the valves. I celebration of hitting 229,000 miles....bumped it up a bit to 229,150 over the weekend.
Next on the list of to-do's: Timing belt ( 5 years but only 15,000 ,miles on it)
raditor ( original-starting to seep a bit near the side
tank.
