What did you do to your E30 today?

I started sanding on the body to identify all the dents. Getting the old girl ready for a new paint job. Saw how the original paint looked under the crappie paint job over it and wow. I have to say, Polaris metallic is gorgeous....... And blinding.

Took apart center console and HVAC panel to get 6 button OBS out. Replaced both light bulbs today and squeezed it really hard from front to back and reinstalled it all. The lights now work and no more flickering....

You dont have to take the whole HVAC out to get to the OBC.... the face plate comes off and it pops right out...

It's true; you only need to remove the HVAC panel for 13 Button OBC

I installed new center caps on my freshly powder-coated Style-5's.

I installed a new OEM sunroof crank and new stupid clip on the sunroof's wind deflector.
Soo nice now, the crank doesn't dangle and rattle, and I can shut the sunroof without having to open the driver's window and push the wind deflector down.
