Updates are coming James. However, over the last couple of weeks we have been hard at work all day every day trying to get our shop ready for production. Trying to organize mountains of parts and building a new monstrous table saw. A lot of this work was not expected, but absolutely required. Specifically the fabrication of a new saw. There will be a post elsewhere in the forums (from Luke) in a couple of days detailing our move and work we have accomplished up to finishing the saw. It is nearly complete now.
My car and parts are still 12 hours away in storage, and honestly there is not enough time (or room!) to go get them until we have things a little more situated. My storage bill is due again, too.
The three of us here at G.A.S. are going to be driving to Gig Harbor and possibly further North to take care of some errands, so I'll have plenty of time to talk on the phone with my parents about how and when we plan to move a lot of my crap from there to here.
Once the table saw is finished in the next day or two, and some sub boxes to sell and cabinets have been banged out for storage, getting my 02 is next on the priority list. It's nearly $230 every month, essentially for me to have zero access to my car.
I can only think that if we had not had to build a saw from the ground up (this thing is a beast, we call it Tablesaw-Rex), I may have had my stuff up here by now, but it is what it is, and I'll have it very soon.
As far as an update on one of my cars, although not good, the e28 runs like complete ass. While we have been building the saw I have had no time or extra money (everything is already earmarked for rent at this point) to maintain it. It has sat most of the time we have been at this house.
I could see getting my parts and 2002 up here would take 4-7 days between driving time and packing/unloading. It is a major consideration when we must use every minute wisely. In fact, this is the first time I have sat in front of the computer on R3v in almost two weeks.
Updates are just that much closer, but that is what we have been up to...
