Its a single mass flywheel from my understanding and that is the plan after I get it lightened. Metal shifter assembly?

For some time, I've been thinking about French fogs and highs and figure that I'd give it a shot to see how they look. I like the look and yes I realize that they may limit the light output, but the reality is with the HIDs in the ellipsoids I'm not exactly having lighting issues.

I was thinking about swapping out from the metal shifter assembly but I may not be able to due to the donor car being an 86 es...your thoughts?...I know there's the searching option, but let me know what you think...

PLEASE tell me. how did you shave the third brake light. just got an estimate to do mine and they said $1050!!! which is ridiculous so i need a better strategy.

It was extremely easy...I bought a lid off a coupe that was already black and had the spolier...for a whopping $20 :D

So its been a long time coming...I started the tranny swap, well the pedal swap...

What's this?...a problem?...



Both are from non-airbag cars, but as you can see circled in yellow the brake switch mounts do not match...so swapping the pedals it is...fairly easy process.

End result...


Clutch Pedal is currently zip tied down until it is needed for action. I've started ordering the rest of the neccessary parts for the swap and the engine refresh...might as well when I pull it out. :)
