I think the Raiders would take him if they hadn't picked up Garcia.
I like Garcia, too bad he is on a shit team now.

Only problem with your O-line is that shawn andrews still has not practised with the team. Some nagging injury which slips my mind.IF all they have to do is fix the Oline.... LT Peters (Pro Bowler), LG Herramans (Reid said hes the best OL on the team), C Jackson, RG St. Andrews (Just added, solid), RT Sh. Andrews (Pro Bowler, former best RG in the league, soon to be best RT in the league), then we have nothing to worry about, lol.
I think the one benefit we have is before Steward Bradley was promoted to starting MLB last year, Omar Gaither was our starter the year before, and was moved to OLB (Where he didnt fair well). So he can go back to his natural MLB, and be a stud.
They have some depth issues on Offense though. Not sure how westbrook's recovery is going or if he is practising yet but I wouldn't think so. So if he is rusty or cannot start the year Booker and McCoy are not going to be able to carry the load. Also at TE with Ingram likely done forever and Schobel is now hurt also Celek is there only TE with any experience.
Defence will have some work to do though. With the heart, brain, and quaterback of the defense gone they could have some issues. They do have good depth at linebacker though so I think Bradley's loss will not be catastrophic. My prediction is this will be Mikell's year, he has big shoes to fill but I think he will be a pro bowler this year.
I am a litlle worried about the eagles, far more so than I was 2 weeks ago. Still optimistic though.Comment

McCoy cant carry the load? If Westbrook misses 5+ games, McCoy wins rookie of the year. He is going to be an absolute stud. I bet Westbrook is only around this year, next year, and then is cut, to let McCoy shine. Booker sucks balls, and is a waste of a roster spot, IMO.
Andrews is having back problems. That is a big worry, since he missed all of last year with the same problem. Nick Cole can play back up RT, and so can Jean-Gilles, so it should be ok. Reid also spoke of bringing back Runyan, which would be a good addition, even if he doesnt start.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head offComment

I don't think Booker sucks, I just don't they've found the best fit for him. I was really upset they kept him over Hunt, but I think they'll work something out. I do anticipate signing of a running back and tight end before season starts. Otherwise, there's been talk about moving Basket to play TE role in a 2-TE formations, but he'll have to put on weight.
I think defense is the best. I love Dawk, and he's forever the best Eagle in my book, but this is good for the team. Last 3 years Dawk played on experience and heart, physically he just wasn't the same. I thin Mikkel and Demps will do great, especially with such great eyes on the field like Asante and Sheldon. I really think that defense looks amazing. On top of all that, Lito has been gone for some time, and that's great.
Also, Ranyan got cleared today, hope he returns.
Only reason I thing OL needs help is because they haven't spent enough time together yet. It will be tough for them to know each other's tendencies for the first few weeks, and hopefully pre-season is all the time they'll need.Comment

I like Quentin, but I dont really see him as a starting safety. I want my safety to lay hits like Bdawks and Q. I think Sean Jones will be the starter, or at least should be.
I heard NOTHING about Baskett being a TE, but that would be fucking amazing. I was wondering what he was going to do, since he is the #6 WR. That would be one hell of a TE if he put on some weight, since hes a good blocking WR.
Dawkins is my boy, and he will always be my favorite Eagle.... But he just couldnt cut it in coverage consistently when he had to man up on a TE. Its always hard to turn the page on a hero, but I think its for the best.
That secondary is deeeeeep, especially at CB. Asante and Sheldon starting, Joselio at Nickel, Hobbs at Dime. Ikegwounu (spelling) was supposed to be a first round pick if he didnt tear his ACL his senior year, so he is just sitting there healing.
Trent Cole getting hurt, and JAqua Parker getting caught with weed is a little set back. Fortunately it is early, and DE is ANOTHER deep spot. Love being able to bring in Abiamiri and Howard off the bench, along with Trevor Laws at DT.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head offComment

one thing you also have to consider... Vick signed basically a 1 year contract. But if he tears it up, and the wild cat is very successful, we can exercise that 2nd year option, and trade him. Us taking a flyer on him can result in a free second (or even first) round draft pick. I am VERY excited and anxious to see how we implement Vick in this offense.
McCoy is looking fucking GREAT tonight. Jackson, Maclin, Vick, McCoy, Westbrook? By far the fastest offense in the league, with 2 of the fastest QBs in the league. "You cant teach speed", "Speed Kills", "Speed doesnt slump", etc. It should be very exciting.
I liked what I was seeing from Joe Mays at MLB too, he looked solid. It was cool to see Todd Pinkston back on our sidelines (Im assuming hes coaching? and not just hurt AGAIN?), along with Greg Lloyd.Originally posted by blunti would jerk larry king off while tonging jflips ass if h0lmes would blow his head offComment

That is outrageous! 12 million this year and if he is on the opening day roster all of it is gauranteed money!
There is no convincing me that he is back because he "misses the game of football". I lose more respect for the guy every time he flip-flops on his retirement. Especially this time when it is clearly about the money.Comment
