Certainly helps to bring people around when they see active conversations!
I'll take a good discussion thread over a social media "feed" any day!Leave a comment:

Things seem to be getting back on track. Let's hope we can keep the progress going!Well getting back on topic here.
We've got more moderators now. Site performance has been pretty good. Traffic is up a bit. Maybe not a ton, but it feels more active.
There have been some other changes discussed, such as a migration to another platform, a more mobile friendly redesign, consolidating some of the dead sub-forums into their parents to reduce confusion and bring at least the illusion of more traffic to fewer sub-forums.Leave a comment:

Wait, so are we getting an f30 section or not?

Dont forget that this guy in Latvia was building some wild E30 into an EV monster... that man is Mate Rimac
awww I was looking forward to this. R3V has always been good at discovering what the e30 chassis is capable of, and often ahead of the curve. Now that used electric car parts are becoming more plentiful I can see homebuilt conversions being less expensive. I have a few VW id3 batteries saved for a possible future conversion.Leave a comment:

You should, since Jon Volk sold his "tesla_bimmer" and has an i8 now someone needs to carry that torch.
