most people who "would" have done the same thing must realize that there aren't enough of us who could pull off a headshot with all that "adrenaline". We're not talking about Counter Strike here, this old fart pulled a gun and shot with lethal accuracy.

We also don't know store layout and how much time elapsed between the headshot, chase, and 5 more shots.

My opinion still stands, this guy did American society a favor. Only wish he could have gotten a double kill.

Thread is full of people who expect other people in terrifying situations to be able to act calmly and rationally..

If you have a gun pulled on you by 2 armed robbers you are going to have the biggest adrenalin rush of your life, do you really expect someone in that situation to be thinking 100% logically? I would have killed that fucker too. And I would have killed the guy running if I could as well.

Think about it.. How do you know the guy who ran isn't coming back?

Why does it matter if his buddy was immobilized? Unless he was 200% sure that the guy was incapable of doing anything he should definitely pump that guy full of ammo to make sure. If the robber didn't want to be killed maybe he shouldn't try to rob a store clerk at gunpoint?

This is really an ideal situation to be honest. You get rid of these retarded criminals without having to give them countless appeals to the tune of millions of dollars before putting them to death.

The store clerk actually just helped the country by getting rid of one of these guys for the cost of 6 bullets, win, justice served.

anyone who is willing to put my life/my families/or the people around me in danger better expect that if i have a gun i will shoot to kill. anything like that situation you need to expect that a normal person should not risk the chance of the perpetrator being able to cause harm if you "think" they are unable to or if they are running away because they can still turn around and shoot the place up as the run.

what don't you get about the store owner disarming him by shooting him in the head. The kid was unconscious and was no threat. His gun was thrown halfway accross the store, how the shit is he a threat to this homo honkey as he was? He should have called the cops and watched him for any aggressive movement and that should have been it. Where did you get that bit of info, I have been following this since it started late last week. I have seen no such claims or info pop up any where.

Next off, if would bother to read any of the other posts in this thread there are some valid questions brought up, that the DA will have to prove did not happen to even get close to a conviction.

Like has been said on here by many others, He singed his life away the moment he pulled a deadly weapon while committing a crime, most of the time they get away with it, but not this time

Also if go look at states that are Shall issue for CCW permits you will see that the violent crime rates drop shortly after they adopted shall issue laws, and look at home invasions drop after castle doctrine laws are adopted. Why because criminals run a greater risk of targeting a armed victim and then have to worry about dieing in the pursuit of taking stuff which dose not belong to them. Most criminals may be stupid but they dont want to get killed either. As has been proven through thousands of years of human Civilization AN armed society is a polite society.

On a side note, did anyone see the clerk on "The Factor" two nights ago? Not to insult the man; but based on his speech, it sounds like he has some mental deficiencies. I wouldn't doubt that his lawyer uses that as part of his defense.
