man, some of you people are ridiculous. if someone killed your mom, dad, brother, sister, etc......, wouldnt you want that piece of shit to die????
ill tell you what, if someone killed my wife or anyone in my family, i would kill them myself and save the state some time and money. This country is falling apart because of you people that , "want to help the poor people". yeah, lets treat the defendent as the victim. we need the hanging system back.

I ask myself , "What does this convicted killer contribute to our society"? Does he make it better in any way or has he in the past? Clearly - NO! Has he done things to diminish the society and its members? Clearly - YES! Did he kill in a premeditated fashion by "planning out" the method in which he would kill random people? - YES!
Should we not "plan out" the method in which he will be held accountable. YES!
So my plan would be to allow a trained sniper to fire upon him while he was allowed to run free on a grassy hillside or some open space. I would televise this process and not tell him that there was a trained sniper a few hundred yards away.
I value the lives of people who aim to make this society a better place. In any small way is fine. Or at least keeping it neutral and not actively seeking to bring it down.
If we all acted in that fashion think of how great a place the world would be.
Glad he's gone , sad I could not have participated in the neutralization of the threat!

As was said before, there are money issues and moral issues and there are flaws in our justice system which allow innocent people to be executed and guilty people go free. I would much rather a guilty person be free than an innocent person be executed.

Based on those numbers, the avg prisoner costs around $19k a year to house. But that's averaged. So far I'm having trouble (quickly) trying to find the numbers for violent offenders in state and federal institutions. And that is who we are talking about, convicted murderers/rapists, etc.
Not someone who ends up in the city jail for 45 days for the their 3rd DUI.

Fuck John Allen Mohammed. I am glad that piece of shit has departed my planet.
You pussies who want to coddle murderers can line your asses up, open YOUR wallets, and care and feed the psychos all day and night. When you're ready to come back to the Real World, we'll be waiting. We won't make you pull the switch if you don't want to, but if you do, get in line.- Sco

So you're at the bar with your girl, you've had a few beers and you're standing on the patio having a smoke. A couple of slimy looking, intoxicated douchebags come up and start talking shit about you and your girlfriend. You tell them to fuck off, but they laugh and one of them grabs her arm. Out of sheer reaction you punch him, hitting him in the side of the head and knocking him to the ground. He bangs his head on the concrete and ends up dying as a direct result of your action.
Are you alright with being executed? Surely you can't POSSIBLY expect taxpayers to coddle YOU and allow YOU to serve your sentence behind bars. It's far too expensive and just not worth it, right?

I think most of us are talking about heinous crimes like the one at hand. This strange situation you've concocted here is far out of the relm of "heinous." Take for example the man who mistook his wife a few weeks back for an intruder and shot and killed her. That is an accident.... Shooting people from a concealed location is a hell of alot different.
Texasterp: Morals? Ethics?? We are talking about a fucking serial killer here for fucks sake!! Get off your pedestal, this is a sick disgusting world we live in what don't you understand!!
