New school versus Old school

I am also as E30 as they ever get, as I have only owned E30´s apart from one fiat and a E28,
I count 7 e30´s that I have owned so far,

i showed up at/around r3v's inception, having posted like 5 or 6 times at e30sport before it went away- this was the same month i got my e30 (i was a nissan guy for a couple years before that).

whether or not that makes me "old school" around HERE is relative-

but i was one of the regulars at the importracing.com message boards back in '97, and on the gti-vr6 and se-r-list majordomos in '98-99, way before phpbb was a gleam in someone's eye. :D

I'm a Young Gun, but i remember when Jordan first created e3s. I didn't really look at the site and start posting untill last year, but i remember most of the wierd forum happenings when e3s had to go.

I was around in the Summer of '03 mostly on Roadfly. I then discovered all the other boards, including e3s which I read for a few days then it clsoed down, not sure if I ever posted there or not. I registered on R3V pretty much right after it started. So ya, only 2 years or so for me.

I must be OG because I remember listening to you whine about going buy and seeing your car through the shop window yearning for it to be done like a boy waiting for a puppy. :P

And Paal Berg, Ove Kvam, and I used to have great political debates about how fucking stupid Floridians are. That was way back in the 00'. I was a midcomer to e30sport after the fall of BEN the first time while Gus was on vacation. Kyle (bimmer8604) told me about e3s.

Except hosting it on my servers, owning the domain, actually creating the forum, all the maintenance and constant upkeep. IE all the hard work. You dabbled with the HTML portion of the site ;)
