No you won't. Once you see the difference between a cheap flashlight and a good one you won't go back.

The biggest problem with cheap LED flashlights (other than crappy light output) is that they don't survive abuse very well.

Drop them a few times and the contacts go for a shit and the light starts flickering all the time which is the most annoying thing in the world.

I've been rocking this badboy for a while now:

200 Lumens (newer version is 220 Lumens)
    High and low power setting
Takes AAA's so you don't have to get those stupid expensive rechargeables or 123 batteries
    Focusable beam

It has survived multiple 10ft drops onto concrete with no damage, try doing that with a streamlight believe me it won't handle it.

It isn't cheap at $89 though.

    Available here:

I use those cheap ass $2 deals you get at auto-zone,They are bright and work well when they work. They usually quit after you deop it tho, but hey it was only 2 bucks. Best bang for the buck imo

love my mini maglight, its not like you need 6747456307638 leds to make it blindingly bright anyway. i like it simple, and clean, and easy to use, thus why i love my maglights. plus, they make good weapons as well :)

You're like 12. Stop regurgitating what all the MAD TYTE AUTO PROS at pepboys told you. Yes, Streamlight makes a nice light. No, they are not the best.

That thing doesn't put out shit for light for its size. The batteries must last a while though.

That LED lenser P7 I showed a pic of puts out probably twice the light that thing does.

                        I'll be more specific:
Maglights with the rubber-covered pushbutton on/off switches are junk in a professional shop situation.

AAA's are neither inexpensive or convenient, IMO

AA's if you want to stick with small batteries

Good lord!!! The Maglite company might as well be stuck in 1982! How could they just sit at the top for so long and not do anything? I've had my streamlight Strion for 4-5 years now and love it. Got a Mag here on the desk that hasn't had batteries in it for 7 years at least.

I remember why I liked them. We used them as kids to knock branches down off trees to keep fires going. The damn thing is like a night stick and to a kid just as good as an axe.
