No you won't. Once you see the difference between a cheap flashlight and a good one you won't go back.
The biggest problem with cheap LED flashlights (other than crappy light output) is that they don't survive abuse very well.
Drop them a few times and the contacts go for a shit and the light starts flickering all the time which is the most annoying thing in the world.
I've been rocking this badboy for a while now:

200 Lumens (newer version is 220 Lumens)
High and low power setting
Takes AAA's so you don't have to get those stupid expensive rechargeables or 123 batteries
Focusable beam
It has survived multiple 10ft drops onto concrete with no damage, try doing that with a streamlight believe me it won't handle it.
It isn't cheap at $89 though.
