On the other hand, maybe the guy or person in the bushes is the guy who escaped with beths help! and when daryl and carol saw the car, "they" were chasing that guy!!

The car, the magnum, was chasing and looking for the guy that got away, then the people in the magnum encounter darryl and carol, capture carol while leaving daryl. then daryl finds the guy who escaped, who fills him in on what happened with beth, (just describing this gril who helped him not knowing he knows her) and what carols fate will be. then the group with rick go after the hospital on a rescue mission, that story will sideline and alternate episodes with what Abrahams group is doing and encountering. :)
