I think that the show may actually go the route of it being a group. The episode before the last, there were a bunch of Polaroid pictures of bashed in faces above a man's bed, that eventually gets killed in his sleep. I think it may be playing homage to the comics, and Negan actually being a group name.

I read an article that said it will be the most impressive introduction yet. I'm excited, and scared for our heros at the same time.
Ultimately though, our guys have left such a path of destruction that it's hard to imagine them ever getting taken down.
The feels from Carol and Maggie walking out, having rescued themselves and killed every one of their captors. Intense.
It is interesting, Maggie and Carol both seem to have been pushed into a similar internal struggle that Rick went through a few seasons ago. Curious to see how they evolved.

Im thinking the baseball target is going to be Carol.
With her leaving Alexandria, I feel like Negan is going to capture her, bring her back to alexandria and attempt to weaken the morality by bashing her head in front of everyone.
