2nd was indeed much better, the evo portion was fantastic and he drove the shit out of that thing. Aston Martin test drive was surprisingly good though Wood is still really awkward on camera. They just need to kick the unfunny comedian off the show and find someone who knows 2 shits about cars to fill the 3rd slot.

I dont care that it is not as good as the UK version, did not expect it be. However I felt the entire show was a commercial trying to sell me something, the UK version seems to not give a shit if the cars sell or not, that is not the point of the show, here the show seems to be looking for advertising dollars which is a good business plan but it seems as a consumer to be less entertainment and more marketing, It also seems so very scripted and sad to say the best part of episode two was the dog pissing on the stage. That said, I still have the DVR set and hoping that each episode gets better and better, after all, fucking an ugly chick at 3:00 AM is still better than leaving the bar alone, hopefully this ugly chick will blossom!

Just watched the second eposode and I must say it was much better than the first. There were some sick shots or the evo ripping through the snow. And I was wide eyed the whole time durring tanner teaching the blind guy to drift. Cool factor went up in my book.

It was definitely more entertaining seeing something new and not just the same old stunts. Mr. Clutch probably won't make it another season though. I hope it doesn't end up like TG AUS, when there is a constant host switch as I liked the 1st season hosts the best.

It is three boring (and one fat) American's trying to emulate the original's stunts. New's Flash, cars are boring. It's the story behind them that make a show interesting. The hosts of Top Gear America have less charisma or character than an NPR broadcast. All of the American car shows I've seen have been variations of the same thing, car porn backed up by either canned banter or gross journalistic negligence in criticizing the car being driven. Clarkson can find faults in the most perfect automobile creations, while Foust thinks everything is awesome! Funny that in our country of free speech, the corporate sponsors sensor true criticism!

Foust is a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, ive always found him incredibly annoying and boy racer. He calls everything amazing and horrifying and uncontrollable... Id rather have a god driver who hates how slow the cas are, and is dissatisfied with the value in terms of $/speed of all the cars than a supercar fanboi.

Personalities are lacking or repoir hasn't really been set yet IMO. I have no clue as too who the others are and they should have given the first show an hour and half to introduce who they are. It might get better.
