The biggest thing that cracks me up about this thread:

Most of the people who bitch about these trucks, and the fact that they're armed to the teeth with thousands of dollars of off-road gear/parts and never see any off-road action are the same fucktards who have their street cars armed to the teeth with thousands of dollars of track gear/parts and never see the track.

negative. My e30 is no slouch but my F150 is quicker, roomier, quieter, more comfortable and has 8!!! cupholders. I'm using a 93+ octane custom tune through a Gryphon - 370 hp and 4.10 gears, Afe intake and full Gibson exhaust with headers.

here is an f150 5.4 with a cam swap and setup similar to mine. Tell me this thing is not quicker than an e30 with just a cam swap/exhaust/intake.

As for my e30, its quicker than a stock M20 but not that much faster. S50 is next.

I have a friend with a propane injected super duty. He can smoke all 4 wheels from a stand still. That thing is stupid fast.

All true but it doesn't change that super lifted trucks are semi-retarded at best and have little to no benefit.

Not that being super low is any real benefit either. Thus, the DD that sits about 1" lower than stock and trying to unload awesome 'stance' wheels for a decent set of DD'ers for the S50.

I didn't say that. I also didn't say that I liked them. I'm not into trucks at all, and I agree that most of the guys that drive these things are tards. There's this odd thing where on the interweb people talk about needing GC's, THR CAB's, full Poly bushings, ect... but anyone that's been to a meet of e30 guys realizes that they actually enjoy their car with mostly stock replacement crap. Nothing wrong with dropping your car a bit for some aesthetics and handling benefits, but slamming the crap like a DTM car is just stupid to DD.

What is the point of this? A newer modded large truck will beat a near stock 25 year old car in one particular measure?
