I used ETK at work...a bit easier to search than realoem website, but practically the same thing. Two part numbers for this bracket listed relating to the m30. I selected it off the old 6 series as opposed to the 5er. You can only trust the diagrams 80% of the time.

What part number is that smaller one in your pic? hopefully it's not the same as the one I provided, but GIS pulled up the picture i posted prior which seems to match what you need.

went to the hills at 11pm and took some long exposure pics.

Nice job capturing the stars. Try a few longer exposures to try to get some star trails.

Was there a moon that night, or were you by a bright light source/lightpollution?

Rented an EF 85mm F1.8. love it at 2 its the sharpest lens ive ever used better than my 24-70 2.8 L
