    Steve Jobs (1955-2011)

    Statement by the Apple board:

We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today.

Steve’s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.

His greatest love was for his wife, Laurene, and his family. Our hearts go out to them and to all who were touched by his extraordinary gifts.

Just saw this...crazy. He pissed me the hell off a lot but he was definitely an innovator. 56 is just to early to go but he probably got a lot more years than most people in his situation.

Aw. I never liked the guy but I didn't think he was going to kick the bucket so soon, even after resigning as CEO.
