IIRC it is, Id have to ask my roommate to be certain.

I cant understand why they would swtich to an American motor to bring it into the states when for about the same cost you can get a far superior Japanese powerplant, especially since the plant is already adapted to the car.
    Im now E30less.

maybe they use a crv block or something, i dont know

either way -if they don't include that motor, i hope its still set up for a honda platform. be pretty easy to swap in a supercharged b series of your choice
the K20a3 comes out of the RSX..the k20a2 i believe is already the type-s motor.

the CRV block is the k24a3..its a 2.4l...less hp and less torque but lower compression ratio. probably a better motor to turbo

why would you do a b-series? K-series owns the B series in every way.

The honda motors in the Atom are JDM CTR motors fwiw.

when honda was still doing the b series the crv came with a 2.0. now they have the k series, and yes they are where its at. the 06 civic is actually putting down more power than claimed. One guy put 209 down at the wheels on his early-release 06 civic si.

i was just responding to the initial thread, where they said it was a 2.0 supercharged.

It is a supercharged 2.0, the one in the Top Gear is at least.

It would be more maintance, but how about a turbo rotary. High revving, light as hell and PLENTY of horse power to be found.

Yeah I am saying every M10 owner should do it. Sure it will consume their motor like firewood but think of how fun those 8 minutes would be. You could "one tire fire" all over the parking lot.
