The SVL is an aluminum bodied Sprint. I've seen it in person several times. It was over in England but is now a SF Bay Area car. It was racing at the Sonoma Historics last week. (Pic from Monterey Historics 2015)

The Blue car also had Napa connections. The guy's family lives here in Napa and it died here a few years ago. I was supposed to go have a look at the car to try and get it up and running but I never did find the address to do so. The guy sold it not long after. One of my favorite looking GTVs.

I can't wait to see the next pics he sends me.

My paint guy is trying to talk me out of painting the car black. It will look so good in black however.

I know where this exact car is sitting right now. It's been sitting under a cover for a while now. The owner is wondering how you even have this pictures since supposedly there are no pics of this car on the interwebs. :) Blows my mind how small the alfa world actually is.

If talking about the Sprint, pulled it off google. Must be an old pic. If the 1750 GTV at Pikes Peak, might be a rare pic.

Funny. It's a totally random innernets find.

Looks like it has widened steelies.

                          It does sit well.

Anyone have any leads on some Panasports that will fit my Sprint? 15x5.5 with a ton of offset? Its time for me to start thinking about actually making the car safe to drive.

I really want to do it in black. My paint guy is REALLY trying to talk me out of it.

I emailed Spruell about the wheels, haven't heard anything back.
