Shoes in the house

What kind of trash do you hang out with? Ive never had to even ask anyone. Its habit. I take my shoes off when I get into anyone's home (unless its just hanging in the foyer waiting to leave again) and its the same across. Typically the only exception is women's boots or that crazy lace up shit because its hard to get off and they wouldnt have let those expensive shoes get wet anyway.

Dont fuck up people's floors.

I roll my off when I get to the couch/bed. I hate wearing shoes anyways, but it's required for work.

I don't even like socks. Got some nice moccasins for around the house. I even wear 'em to the store on occasion.

i have hardwood flooring so taking them off isnt a big thing. But we used to have carpet, so its hardwired to my brain to take them off when i walk in.

i tend to leave them on at friends houses, unless i see a pile at the door, then i know whats up.

I always take my shoes off at the door, and wash my hands when i get home from anywhere. I also have my friends,GF,family, etc... take their shoes off. The only time i dont is when im having a party, or a bunch of people over. But if its just a few of us chillen or doing whatever at my place, then its always shoes off. I hate the idea of someone going into a public bathroom with piss all over the floor and then walking through my house, which i too walk through before i get in my bed. I am a FREAK about not wearing anything dirty in my bed.

not taking your shoes off at the door, is almost the same thing as letting a fat girl sit in the center of your hood!!!
If you have respect for your things, you would take your shoes off- unless your mommies are still cleaning the floors for you.
that being said, my wife would kick my ass if I decided to walk through the house with shoes on.

also giving attitude if asked to remove shoes at a persons house is disrespectful.

its like going into their fridge and eating their food without permission. and i agree with Joe G piss on the public bathroom floor getting tracked through the house or even accidentally stepping on dog shit and tracking through the house. OH GOOD GOD MAN!

I wear them on the tiles, in the hallway, kitchen and dining room but take them off before entering any of the carpeted rooms.

My apt is 95% hardwood floors. My left foot was broken a number of years back and didn't heal totally correct so it really hurts to walk without shoes on hard surfaces so shoes on for me. My GF makes me take them off at her place, but she has a white boxer so my socks are always covered in hair and drives me crazy.
