alright guys heres my update, went to my work with resignation letter in hand, and my GF in my car for that dude feeling guilty points. pulled up walked in and who's working but only BECKY she said he called her in because he wasn't feeling good and left before i got there.
so i texted him saying when are we gonna meet blahblahblah and no response from the spineless man.
preeeeetty pissed on how long this is being dragged out....
ive never even heard of it taking this long to dump a BF/GF let alone fire your very young and adaptive employee....

update!!!
talked to the little weenie today FINALLY.
he just said he's disappointed because i am not reliable. ive called in no more than 3 times in 9 months....
so as a "punishment" im being taken off schedule for january and when im put back on schedule i'll basically be crack filler for him and becky.
fuck that lol i'm about to turn in my two weeks and go job hunting but my gf wants me to find a new job first,....

he said how i called in sick when he was out of town at our other locations, which i was not informed that he was at those locations....
guy thinks im like a psychic or something....

I wouldn't say that is being professional.

Something along the lines of, "I feel as though calling out 3 times in 9 months is acceptable, as they were all emergency situations. Regardless of if you were out of town or not, it wouldn't have changed my need to call out. What is your policy for calling out, so I can follow it in the future?" would be more appropriate.

Unless he already discussed his call out policies with you, in which case you either followed them and should have brought that up, or didn't, and this is all your fault.

Just hunt for another job.

It's easier to find one when you can truthfully say you're still employed. When asked why you're switching jobs the old failsafe of "I'm looking to broaden my horizons and accept more responsibility" works great.

i want a job where i can collect tips 8) my friend is a valet for a hotel in town and makes around 1k a month just in tips, one of the perks of jobs in napa that tip, rich people.

i work as a valet at a car dealership, get to drive some fun cars, meet cool people, lots of freedom(being sent all over MD to deliver or pick up cars, or being trusted with company vehicles to run errands), PLUS there are tips, granted not a lot in tips, but 50hrs a week plus a couple bucks in tips works for me...for now lol

remember, every interview you dont get hired from is just practice for the one you finally do get hired on. that idea helped me when looking for a new job.
