      I made a 3.5" bevel gauge today. No power tools, walnut with oak inlays. I have to make a smaller one tomorrow.
      Before I sealed it with this beeswax oil stuff.

      After sealing it.

          yeah, that struck me as odd, but it's a ground of what looks to be students. so maybe they didn't have the tools?


          i imagine the old-school craftsmen would have done it differently.

                Thanks man. If I had the time I'd make a few and sell them. Maybe I will when I get back to SF after I graduate.
                I made some grips for my Gerber which came with shity rubber grips.

                              Saw someone posted about an aquarium stand so thought I'd post this. Had some free time finally to get in the shop and do something for myself.






                              The stand has integrated push / pull fans which run silent and keep the moisture from building up in the sump area below the tank. Also has wiring grommets in two positions for clean wiring routing.
