Why do no tires exist for 16" staggered wheel setups? what is this shit?

Even tirerack only has 1 type of tire that exists in a 205/45/16 and 225/45/16

all I was reading beforehand was people saying to run all this 235/45 shit and 215/45 or whatever, but these sizes either don't, or barely exist.
