It is a nice hobby but can have a fairly high cost of entry. I have probably $1000-1500 into my stuff at this point and don't evne have nearly everything I would like to play with.

      masturbation is free no?

But really working out at home you have the motivation and space. Or a gym if you don't have one already. Have you talked to someone regarding your pent up aggression?

Meditation and yoga. It cured me of insomnia, stress and anxiety in general when normal exercise didn't work. Plus, lots of hot chicks in yoga pants are usually at yoga classes. Do yoga, then FAP, and meditate once a day. You will be right as rain.

Bowling, biking, pool ,woodworking and gaming are mine.

Buy a cheap wood lathe for $100 of CL and have a ball, make bowls or canes. You can have 4 or 5 hours in a real nice bowl and its amazing seeing it from a brick of wood to a beautiful thing YOU made.......really calming.

              Exercise more.

Volunteer doing something, anything in your community: big brother, dog rescue, church, absolutely anything. The people you will be helping will have worse problems than you, and the other vounteers will affect how you think and feel.

And IF you go through with getting married, realize going in that even if it's not a disaster, married = more stressful than single. And FOR GOD'S SAKE GET A PRE-NUP.

                Muay Thai.

I trained for 2.5 years and was in by far the best shape of my life - it's a great, great workout. Plus, I'm much more confident that I could handle myself in any physical altercation.

That, or just whack off a bunch
