Yep, some days it just isn't there. I've had days like that.

Just have to try not to let it get you down, at least you went.

Ever just simply have a shitty day at the gym? I tried to bench press my normal weight and just straight up could not fucking lift it. Had some jacked guy who's there every morning run over and grab it. Best I could do was hold it above my chest. Fucked up not only my workout but my whole day.

I'm going full retard workout this month. All meals prepared Sunday for the week and have to eat everything on a perfect schedule. We will see how it goes.

I fucked it up yesterday because of the holiday weekend and all the food everywhere. Got back in the rhythm today, feel a little off today, but I think I'm feeling better now that the day is winding down. Just felt super anxious and kinda nauseated all day.

But today I finally got myself a day/month planner, so I can start keeping track of my weights and progression from week to week. Really excited to watch my strength progress and see actual numbers on paper in relation to what I'm lifting.

Because I like videos and failure. This was a post smolov jr attempt of 335 a few weeks ago. I PR'd right before this at 315 so a 20 lb jump was optimistic AF.

    Extra penis too.

I'm not really following the nutrition plan this time. On my 3rd day of IF, and along with the Synedrex, it's going great. I'm pretty hungry by the time noon-1pm rolls around. But after that, I pretty much have to make myself eat, the appetite suppression from the Synedrex really works. It's also a great mood elevator, I'm very aware of it and can really feel the increased focus.

keep at it, body takes a little bit to adapt to things. I can do 2 hours cardio no problem now, friend says I'm fucking crazy but for some reason I have to constantly be active all day or I don't lose fat. I hope to get to a place were I only do 30mins, we will see.

I'm also giving Intermittent Fasting a try...

By the end of the Get Swole program, I should have totally eliminated the rest of the spare tire around the midsection, and all the rest of the little areas of fat still left here and there. Shooting for 10% BF or less at the end of 16 weeks. Going for more of a shredded look and good strength, not so much huge size.

Starting tonight I'm trying IF as well, gonna be tough though as I'm already relatively lean and I do get hungry. Since I've cleaned up my diet I don't go into hypoglycemic lows if I don't eat shitty carbs every 3 hours, but I still get hella lethargic if I don't eat regularly. Worth a try.

Also started doing HIIT after lifting, it's a 1.5 km walk home from the gym so I sprint a block then walk a block. Just started so I'll see what the results are after a week or two.

I like it because I can eat more in a short amount of time. Kind of a more mentally satisfying way to eat.
