Strict press/Overhead press. Standing. I can jerk a lot more though so that 105 was pretty easy. I think my biggest jerk was 165, but I didnt clean it first. Just ramped sets of jerks.

Clean and jerk is one of my favorite lifts. I think my best was 2 reds around 225 I think

powerlifted most of my 20's and early 30's.

I became 6'1 (well still am) but 265 of bulk thickness.

I became a hot headed bouncer.

I stoped lifting and got fat.

I started lifting again...tore my rotator cuff, and multiple back issues/injuries.

        started eating right/running.

down to 230lbs now and healthy.

        no more weightlifting for me.

was a good run while it lasted.

I do squats like power lift video at the top. I'm not going into catcher squat to blow my knees out.

I don't think you'd do that unless you already have knee problems, wraps or sleeves offer plenty of support..........now, I have contemplated wearing a diaper on heavy squat days, that always seems like more of a threat.

I have knee issues, to the point where I was in physical therapy for 6 months and had to quit commuting in the man-pedal cars. Pattelafemoral syndrome and patella tendonitis.

For squat days, I highly recommend using a buttplug.

It actually addresses that misconception in Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Another total win by our resident fitness trainer, Thizzzzell!!! ;)

I'm doing Jim Stoppani's 12 week program. Haven't been this sore since I did a high performance rowing camp!
                        Different kinda sore though...

                          Did calves/back/biceps last night

I start out with my calves first, you might disagree with this method, I dare you to try it. I used to do them last when I was tired and just wanted to leave. I started doing this 3 weeks ago, the first time I did it I pounded them so hard I could barely walk the next day.

Calves - circuit set of standing, leg sled and sitting calf raises x3

I superset the calf raises with pull ups, ended up doing 6x10

                          deadlift:

                          135x5
                          225x5
                          315x8 for 3 sets

                          bent-over BB row

                          135x12 for 3 sets

                          Lat pulls

                          150x15
                          170x15
                          190x15

                          standing lat push downs

                          90x12 for 3 sets

                          standing low rows

                          120x12 for 3 sets

Biceps was a super set of lateral, hammer and rope pulls 3x15

Feel thoroughly blasted today, pretty sure my back looked something like this when I was done.
