      Yep, and the killer part of low-carb is after about the first week, when most of what you've lost is water weight, you go into fat-burning mode.

      Also started a tub of the new formula MusclePharm Assault pre-workout today, that shit is BONKERS! I felt like a fucking FURNACE this morning during my workout.

            I'm 19, weigh in at around 172 and going up. My bench max is 205 for 3 times, squat at 225 and front squat at 185ish. Still have a long way to go.

                      I cant get over how silly kettlebells seem. Or maybe its the people that use them at my gym. With that being siad, you can actually mimic solid core lifts pretty well with them which is x1000 better than any machine I've come across.
