We are talking about a age group that's fucked up from puberty, can't think without using their dicks and trapped inside peer pressured world. There's no need for argument that without these young, new driver - and consequently inexperienced drivers, are going to cause costly accidents.
But it's unrealistic to drastically push the age limit for driving to more 'mature' age. It's also not a huge issue contrary to what CNN says.~ Go Canucks Go! ~

hearing 16-17 y/o people talk about driving experience makes me laugh. I did some stupid shit behind the wheel of a car when i was 16, and I don't think anyone here can say that they didn't, and many likely still do. When i was 16, my parents, for some stupid reason, didn't see the point in me autox'ing or going to track days, so i had to learn on my own. That was the dumbest thing they ever could have done. Now i go to autox - track days that allow me to do things with my car SAFELY and NOT risking other peoples lives. its just not worth it. If i could have all of the money back from tickets i've paid various law enforcement agencies i could buy a lot of car parts. If you're 16, start autox'ing and going to lapping days/car control clinics... go in with an open mind and you will learn some valuable information. My kids will be on a race track the second they are capable of strapping into a kart and starting to learn the concepts of car control. Driving is something that takes time to learn, so you have to start them young.PNW Crew

Did you know that if the rich countries of the world actually cared, they could save many lives of the innocent, number that is not even comparable to the people involved in fatal teenage accidents? They could actually produce a cause & effect, something that is much more difficult in resolving issues such as car accidents.
Sure, it's a real problem. Any problems, slightest of its problematic nature, is real. However, you have unfortunately failed to view the problem critically enough to realize that when you make a remark like "imo teens are one of the worst terrorists," (yeah I understand sarcasms) you display yourself as nothing but another ignorant viewer of the CNN.
