I think I agree. Religion creates to much conflict both external and internal. Look at all the wars that have been fought over religion. And I hate how everytime I "sin" I feel guilty for doing so. Why can't I just say the word fuck and forget about it?

Organized religion fuels itself on injecting guilt into its followers. EsPECIALLY Catholicism and Christianty. Its more about restricting, than anything else. It controls people by putting fear in them about ANYthing they do. But they dont pay taxes, they keep asking for money (cuz GOD cant somehow handle a buck) even though he's all knowing, all powerful, all accepting.....blah blah. I can go on and on about this. Im not going to. Ive been to the Vatican.....You know how much gold and riches I saw? And then they talkl about helping the people in need in Africa and shit.

THANK YOU! I went to the Vatican as well and although it was beautiful I also wondered why those riches weren't used for other things. The same thing goes for that idiot that built the Crystal Cathedral.

Oh and Holmes, I TOTALLY agree with you and Mariano concerning the problem with organized religions... more bad in them than good from what I see. If religion wasn't such an issue, there would be no 'middle east crisis' at all. One can only dream...
