I had a 318is, fun car, but it in no way compares to the 325is IMHO.

The e30 is just nice because you can get into one cheap or go all out with thousands of dollars. Most of the people on the lower end or "budgets" do it themselves, hence having more pride in their car. "Yeah, I took off those shit brakes and put on new rotors. One of the hold down bolts was stuck so I spent 3 days beating it with a hammer til it broke" ~ Those are the guys that love the crap their car dishes them. The rest of us just enjoy the car and the driving experience it provides.
