As for the video the guy in the e28 clearly pulled to right very hard as the biker was coming up he definitely heard the biker trust me you dont not hear a street bike on the freeway doing 80+ cuz anything over 2k rpm on a bike is usually pretty loud unless you ride a learner bike (250) sorry lol
You fail to take into consideration the possibility that he was more than likely focused on the other bike. It is also hard to judge a bike's acceleration from a rearview mirror, especially the passenger's side mirror. Not to mention, maybe the biker shouldn't ride like an asshole.
When I make a mistake, I acknowledge it. But when I make a mistake and someone is a jackass to me about it, that sets me off big time. I understand the man in the E28's anger. Yes, he didn't make a mature move. But, if you punch my fucking mirror, even on my GTP where parts would be a dime a dozen, there's no damn way I'm letting you get away with it.

I used to ride, a lot. I have a few scars to show for it.
I will repeat, this video is a perfect example of why you do not pass on the right. Both bikes were coming up fast, and in both lanes. Always expect a car to move on you, but a car moving to the right lane is a correct course of action.
Not generalizing, the guys on the bikes were in the wrong at the beginning.
One more time, there is a reason why you do not pass on the right.

Anyways, mustangs are gay and mini vans are faster than your car, you just have to deal with that.
No one got shot. But it made everyone nice in a hurry.

I rode a lot to and I know exactly what road this is on and if he was just changing lanes there was no need to catch up to them and start something. I have almost been clipped by a car on that exact same road and one of my friends was killed on that road by a car that pulled in front of him. I agree with exodus if you can move over to the right do so. If not stay where you are and if the person on the bike is smart enough they will get around you but the worst thing you can do is make a quick action at the last minute

This. The difference is intent. Brandishing is done either to intimidate with malicious intent or in the commission of a crime. Drawing a gun when a loved one is being attacked by 3 armored assailants is legal and not considered brandishing (states where your right to self defense or defense of loved ones is not honored nonwithstanding).
Homie should have stayed in his shiny E28, but what his wife did wasn't brandishing.
Brandishing is when someone displays a firearm in a manner specifically intended to induce the fear of being shot in another person. The key is INTENT.
Generally one has to be holding the firearm to brandish, but not always.
Simply wearing a holstered gun or handling a gun is NOT brandishing if it is NOT done with the intent of inducing fear in another. Handling a gun in public is generally not a good idea...
