    What do you do?

Simple thread, should be interesting. What is your current job? Is this your career plan? If not, what will you be doing in 5 years?

As for me, I currently do customer service / phone sales. Its definitely not something I plan on doing forever, but the money is good for my age. I'm not sure where to go next for a career..

    Who is next?

EDIT: I forgot to add I finished school a semester early so I can work this next semester while she finishes undergrad.

HS senior, 2 hs classes, also currently taking college classes at the local Ohio University (Branch Campus). Going to OU main campus next year for Marketing. I work at a grocery and make crap for money now and in the summer I work at a baseball stadium. Ohh yea I not a spoiled rich kid, I work for everything I own.

5 years from now I would like to be a marketing directory for a company or at home running my own business.

        One step further

I'm a mechanical engineer at Lockheed Martin working on the A10-warthog.

I'll take it a step further because I dont really think that many people know what I look like considering that I've never been to any meets. I'm turning 24 at the end of the month and live in Binghamton, NY. I'd like to go to meets in the spring when my car's done so i can finally meet some of u fuckers!

I'm a junior (will be 4.5 years to grad.) in mechanical engineering at the university of Tennessee. I'm currently working (through a coop program) for another couple of weeks at Panasonic in Knoxville, TN (mostly OEM automotive/marine speakers). I'll be heading back to school Jan. 10th. I alternate semesters year round between full time work and school.

As soon as I pass state boards, I'll be a R.N. in the Emergency room. I'll get my B.S.R.N. w/in the next year or so, and then consider anesthesia school.

I was going to marry a girl from HS, put her through med school and then divorce her so I'd get half her money ;-)

To be thread correct, I'm the state man. Best job ever.

I do freelance web design and photography. My hourly job is customer service and I run the warehouse for www.stubbsandwootton.com, a very expensive shoe store. I graduate in the spring with my B.S. in Small Business.

I'm in the US under a student visa, so I am not allowed to get a job.

I currently attend BCC studying for an A.A. in Economics... now I'm probably changing my major to Marketing.

I help out my old man selling HP network components. I deal with all the DOA products and I troubleshoot/warranty them with HP.

It's not that great money but it pays my general expenses.... as for my car, I basically buy and sell aftermarket parts (mainly wheels... now might be starting with HIDs). Slowly raising money for it. 5 years and 4 chassis and the car's come a long way. :)

I'm currently going to school at Louisiana Tech University for Mechanical Engineering. I started in 2004, after the winter quarter I left school and started working as a Ironworker doing Industrial Construction (god I love standing on a 8 inch wide beam, 45 ft in the air flagging a crane in and connecting steel). I got back into school this past fall.
Between quarters and when I'm home I work for a car recycling place called German Auto Recyclers. Free parts ftw!
